• Respect– We honour the inherent strengths, skills, abilities, expertise and opinions of those we serve and those with whom we collaborate
• Collaboration– We work within the Association as well as the broader community to engage others, understand issues, and enhance services to our sector
• Accountability–We are accountable to the individuals we serve, their families, communities, and our funders
